Having abundance of experienced talents in the ranks of UIS is the major factor for our technical superiority over our industry competitors. In order to compete for the small pool of available specialty talents, UIS has continuously implemented our human resource policy of "recruiting talents, retaining talents and cultivating talents".

UIS' demography shows that 70% of our staffs graduated from elite engineering colleges and universities in Taiwan. Most of these staffs are highly project experienced as well. Over the years, this pool of talents has greatly benefited the quality of the large-scale multi-systems integrated projects that are the mainstay of UIS' works.

In view of the ever-demanding criteria of the semiconductor wafer fabrication plants and the desire to enhance the quality of our services, UIS has also responded by organizing specialty teams to meet the technical demands of the clean room/manufacturing floor requirements.
